The American Albanian Law Enforcement Association (AALEA) is a nationwide organization that has, for years, united Albanian American law enforcement officers across the United States—strengthening unity, service, and brotherhood. Through our shared values, dedication, and commitment to the rule of law, AALEA has become a platform where Albanian heritage meets professional excellence, empowering officers to serve their communities with pride and integrity.

With the inclusion of Albanian Canadian officers, our network grows stronger, creating a brotherhood across borders. In support of this mission, AALEA proudly celebrates the establishment of the Albanian Canadian Law Enforcement Association (ACLEA), led by Staff Sergeant Besnik Dobreci of the Vancouver Police Department and Corporal Besnik Adzijaj of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

We honor their heritage, dedication, and unwavering commitment to advancing Albanian Canadian law enforcement officers, fostering professional development, and strengthening the bonds between officers in both countries.
