The American Albanian Law Enforcement Association (AALEA) Board extends its sincere appreciation and respect to Albania’s Minister of Interior, Besfort Lamallari, and his distinguished staff for a very warm and meaningful meeting with AALEA representatives in New York City, despite his demanding United Nations schedule.
The meeting reflected a strong spirit of friendship, professionalism, and cooperation between Albanian and American law enforcement communities. AALEA is grateful for Minister Lamallari’s continued support and vision in strengthening relationships with the Albanian American law enforcement diaspora and public servants throughout the United States.
Together, AALEA and Minister Lamallari paid tribute at the World Trade Center Memorial, honoring the brave heroes and innocent lives lost on September 11th. The visit served as a powerful reminder of unity, sacrifice, and the shared commitment to public safety and service.
AALEA sincerely thanks Minister Lamallari for opening new avenues and opportunities for Albanian law enforcement professionals and public servants worldwide. His leadership and dedication continue to inspire stronger international partnerships and greater cooperation for future generations.
The American Albanian Law Enforcement Association remains committed to building bridges, promoting unity, and proudly representing Albanian American law enforcement professionals nationwide.
