At its May 10, 2025 event, the American Albanian Law Enforcement Association (AALEA) proudly honored Chief Yakup Zoklu of the Cliffside Park Police Department with the AALEA Award. The recognition celebrates his outstanding leadership and commitment to the Albanian-American community.

Chief Zoklu is more than a police leader—he is a mentor, neighbor, and advocate for stronger community ties. Through his dedication to diversity, inclusion, and collaboration, he has made a lasting difference in the lives of families and residents across Cliffside Park and beyond.
