Established in 2016 and gaining non-profit status in 2019, AALEA rapidly grows as a top American-Albanian law enforcement group, uniting members across local, state, and federal agencies nationwide, with over 800 dedicated members serving Albanian American law enforcement communities nationwide.
We are a dedicated to developing and promoting stronger connections and collaborations between the Albanian American communities and our respective federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies through community service and networking .
We strive to assist and advance the civic and cultural aims of the Albanian American communities by promoting diversity within the law enforcement community and open doors for advancement through leadership training, education and mentorship.
Our organization consists of sworn law enforcement officers from various local, state and federal agencies and citizens who are supportive of Albanian Americans in law enforcement as well as the law enforcement community as a whole.
The American Albanian Law Enforcement Association (AALEA) proudly welcomes active and retired sworn law enforcement officers of Albanian-American heritage serving at the federal, state, or local level across the United States.
Though headquartered in New York City, our reach is national. AALEA brings together law enforcement professionals from 103 agencies across the country, uniting members through shared heritage, purpose, and service.
